Ways to Book

Booking Online – Book via our Secure Online Booking System and you will receive an email confirmation.
Please check this information and call us within 24 hours if any of your details are incorrect.

Call Or Email To Book – If you would prefer to call and book or need help with availability, please call 01326 389330. If you wish to email us, please include the following details: name of suite, dates required, and your contact details.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time is from 3pm. We would be grateful if you could advise us of your estimated time of arrival. On check-out, departure is by 11am.


To secure a reservation we ask for a deposit of one night’s stay at time of booking.

Deposits can be paid by BACS or most major credit/debit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express. The remaining balance is payable on arrival.

If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay (i.e. the deposit) will be made.

If the booking is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking will be charged.

Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of arrival will have their deposits refunded in full.

No reason for cancellation is ever a nice one and often arises because of devastating personal circumstance or a change of plan last minute. Travel insurance will cover you for your deposit and the cost of the holiday and for UK based holidays can be as little as £6.00 per person. We recommend you try or for a variety of insurance quotes.

We regret that we do not cater for children under 18 years of age.

We are also unable to accommodate pets.

We are non-smoking throughout the premises although smoking is permitted in the outside seating area at the front of the hotel.

The hotel is equipped with a full fire detection and alarm system. Please make yourself aware of the fire exits and fire emergency procedures, which are displayed in your suite.

There is limited car parking available at The Oceanic which is under 24 hour CCTV surveillance. Guests parking vehicles in the car park do so entirely at their own risk.

Please note: in a case of unforeseen circumstance we may need to reallocate you to another suite.
